College and Career readiness is a seed that is planted while in Kindergarten. Knowing that you come to school everyday to get an education in order to be more prepared for the work force. That seed continues to grow as students learn more about themselves and what they they want to be when they grow up. Of course many students have no idea, but with the correct tools we can get them thinking about future goals and creating a path for themselves. I will be using Xello in classrooms with students where they will take intrest surveys, explore college, military, and career options. Click on the icons below for more career exploration:
